Small Business Idea for Job Creation

In the United States, small businesses are constantly encouraged both by local companies and communities, as well as the government. The reason is because it allows natural growth of the economy without individuals being heavily reliant on the government. There are a range of grants and funding opportunities that can allow your ideas to become a reality.
A small business idea for boosting job creation revolves around lending. Many small business owner share the same complaint since the 2008 recession. They say banks have withdrawn small business lending to the extent that it is squeezing cash flow and inhibiting hiring and expansion.
A group of small business owners in Colorado made this clear to Rep. Cory Gardner in response to his solicitation for feedback. He asked small business owners in the state for ideas on what it would take for them to boost hiring, and the responses were also communicated to President Obama in a report.
Recommendations based on the feedback from small businesses included creating a more predictable business environment, promoting development of the workforce and boosting capital available to small business. Ideas to jump start lending included setting up a clearinghouse to spread risk by bundling small business loans.
